Incredible experience here. I had a limited time frame to get repairs done and this team thoroughly and quickly fixed my issue. Pricing is competitive, and the employees take pride in their work by going and beyond to make sure I was safe and prepared for the road. By far the best customer service I have had at an auto shop from every department. Front of house was personable, the mechanics are experts in their fields and the owner is a true class act. I cannot recommend enough. 10/10

After an unfortunate incident causing our car to be inoperable, a tow truck recommended this place, so dropped us and our car off there. From the very beginning, Joe, Brian and the crew were all very friendly. Not only did they assess the damage during an already busy day, they helped us get to our destination after having no transportation. They went way beyond what a typical auto repair shop does, and highly recommend their services. Very knowledgeable and caring staff!

No one wants vacation travel trouble ever, but this shop was fantastic and made the stress of road travel repairs less stressful. Recommended by AAA roadside assistance, broke down and had to be towed in. Since we were from out of town we followed their recommendations. All I can say is Auto Medics were super to work with. Almost right from the start, you can tell they are a solid shop and hardworking mindful mechanics. Very compassionate to our problems and was willing to stay late to try to fix it. We allowed them to fully diagnose the problem which we suspected was the alternator. We carried on to our vacation destination with a rental car. Communication was amazing while they had the car and I didn’t have to worry as they kept me updated on the part options, its arrival, and installation completion. We were able to keep our vacation itinerary and then pick up the car when we needed to for our multi state drive home. Everything worked well as it needed for our 18 hr journey. It was the alternator officially and we are thankful for their support and timeliness for the repair. Thanks guys, we appreciated the uneventful drive home ! ❤️

I recently had Auto Medics perform a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle I was considering, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they found, answered all of my questions honestly, and gave me a clear understanding of the vehicle’s condition. Buying a used car can be stressful, but thanks to Auto Medics, I felt confident and informed in my decision. Their inspection gave me real peace of mind, and I truly appreciate their integrity and attention to detail. If you’re considering a used vehicle, I highly recommend having Auto Medics inspect it first. It’s well worth it!

My experience with Auto Medics was fantastic. Very friendly, hardworking and caring people. Saw them on Wednesday with my car problem, they ordered the parts and they fixed it on Friday. Never experienced a business with very caring people. From front office staff and mechanics. Never met the owner , but I’m sure he is just as caring as his employees are. Would highly recommend them for anyone having any car problems or just need oil/filter change.
